Meet Jack
I'm Jack, the person you'll actually be working with. My background is in sales and marketing, and I started JB's Custom Website Design to help small businesses look credible online without paying agency-level prices.
A lot of great local businesses are hidden behind outdated websites, generic templates, or nothing more than a social media page. I build clean, purposeful sites that show the real quality of your work and make it easy for new customers to reach you.
Coming from sales, I look at a website the way a customer does. What does this business do? Do they work in my area? Can I trust them? How do I reach them right now? If a site cannot answer those questions in a few seconds, the design does not matter much.
Everything is done directly with me, from the design and messaging to the follow-up. No account managers, no upsells, no surprises. You get straight answers about what a project will cost, how long it will take, and what is included.
